Never before has a spirits industry capitalized so quickly on the new information revolution. OK, I know “fledgling” is not how YOU would describe it, because over 40 years ago, it was salt, lemon, a lick, a shot, and a grimace (by the way, some still do this with top-shelf liquor– BE AFRAID, and find new friends).

Tequila has arrived, and smart Latino businessmen and artisan craft distillers are making Tequila (and many Mezcals) the Drink de Dia for discerning Americans.

We Gringos (capitalized and proud) are enamored with the wonderful Agave and Mezcal. So many spirits cultures are lost in “traditions”. As we seek new experiences and enjoyment, we discover “New Old World” around us and capture ethnic roots of our multicultural heritage.

The old becomes the new, quickly, and we are amazed and gratified. Mexican spirits have attained higher quality quicker than any other spirits culture ever before. Thank you, Mexico and Latinos, for clearly showing us just one of the beautiful and elegant aspects of your culture.
