Working in the ever evolving industry of Marketing, PR, Communications, Social media and so on, especially in such a niche market
such as the "Latino Market" you tend to come across certain names and then some names you seem to see everywhere. Rikki Rincón is one of those everywhere.
Rikki Rincón is currently the principal of several businesses such as; Creative Juice Online, r2 Latino Group, Social Latino, Global Cafe Mix and the Latino Party Texas.
He has over two decades of experience specializing in media relations, public relations, event planning/execution and community outreach for both, the Latino and General markets.
His 15 plus years in radio broadcasting industry has put Rikki in pretty much every position in radio running the gamut from Promotions Director to On-Air Personality from Sales to Programming and everything in-between. Rikki has worked with many of the top Latino and mainstream radio stations in the DFW marketplace.
Over the course of his career he has wore many hats but has always focused on executing at the highest level possible. This dedication not only to the Latino Market but also to the industry has afforded him the opportunities to work with artist of the likes of Selena, Oscar D’Leon, Brian McKnight, SWV, Havana NRG!, Grupo Niche, Tito Puente, Tito Puente Jr., Celia Cruz, Run DMC, Cypress Hill, Nia Long, Fat Joe, Notorious B.I.G., Chayanne, Luis Enrique, Stevie B., TKA and many more.
Rikki's interests and commitments aside from business and entertainment include serving as Chair with both St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital Annual Gala in Dallas, Texas and Noche de Navidad/ Navidad En El Barrio, two major causes close to his heart that affect children both locally and worldwide. Other past commitments include service in the United States Marines Corps Reserve.
Here’s something Mr. Latino Magazine thinks this is really cool. Rikki was selected as the Dallas Ambassador for the Prestigious Chivas 1801 Brotherhood. We just joined the Brotherhood, and are working on our Ambassadorship.
Mr. Rincón's commitment to keeping in step with technology and trends to help grow the number of Latinos online, is a very important effort. This "Mover & Shaker" will continue to be a major factor in today’s new media. Rikki Rincón is a Latino Factor.
From the early 1980’s Rikki worked marketing concepts/music programming with radio properties KNON 89.3FM, 100.3 KJMZ, K-104FM, KICK 99.1FM, KHYI-Y95 and after many years Rikki broke away from the music to focus on public relations. In the late 90’s, Rikki created a musical programming concept called The Global Café, a high end world music concept that caters to the client with world culture awareness and experience. From fashion shows, tours in Los Angeles at the famous Conga Room, Miami, Tampa, Houston, Denver, Puerto Rico to the poshest venues such as Hotel ZaZa (Dallas/Houston), to being featured in the movie “Bollywood Beats” filmed on location in Dallas, Texas, The Global Café has filled the void that has long been unavailable in the Dallas marketplace.
